Contract Analyst Developer

About the role

Frontier Research & Technology Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst Developer (One-year) to join our professional service team and will be dedicated to serve our client in finance industry. As a Contract Analyst Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of finance workflow solutions. 

What you'll be doing

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain workflow applications to support finance transformation initiatives.  Experienced with workflow technologies, e.g. BPM, RPA, OA, PowerAutomate.
• Integration: Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to integrate applications with existing systems and processes.
• Requirements Analysis: Work closely with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure applications meet business needs and quality standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and deployment guides.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work alongside project managers, business analysts, and other developers in an Agile environment to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
• Experience in database design and implementation, particularly with SQL on MSSQL Server / Oracle
• Understanding of financial processes and systems, preferably in a corporate finance setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
