AI Intern

We’re hiring 3 interns to work on real AI use cases inside our logistics and operations environment. You’ll be embedded in frontline teams to observe how work gets done, identify inefficiencies, and build or prototype small AI-driven solutions that actually help.

This isn’t a theory exercise. You’ll ship something useful.

About the Program

You’ll be part of a small, focused intern taskforce. Each intern will own one problem area, work directly with staff in that space, and report back to Leadership. The goal is to deliver practical AI solutions—whether it’s automating a task, improving a process, or testing a new workflow.

We’re hiring for 3 interns:

Prompt Engineer Intern

• Design and refine prompts using large language models (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude)
• Apply them to speed up real work tasks (e.g. documentation, data entry, reporting)
• Build small tools or workflows using no-code/low-code platforms
• Train users on how to use them and gather feedback

AI Strategy Intern

• Shadow teams to understand how work is currently done
• Spot inefficiencies or repetitive work
• Propose and prioritize areas where AI can create meaningful improvement
• Create short-term action plans with clear use cases
• Map out existing processes and find points of friction
• Use AI tools or basic automation to simplify those processes
• Test solutions with teams and track what actually improves outcomes

What we’re looking for

• Interest in applied AI and how it can improve everyday work
• Comfortable working with people and translating their needs into simple tools or solutions
• Some exposure to prompt engineering, process analysis, or AI tools (coding is a plus)
• Sharp, resourceful, and curious—you don’t need to be told what to do next
• Clear communicator who can explain ideas without jargon
