What to expect for the role:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives
• Optimize SEM and programmatic advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs and provide tailored solutions
• Analyze campaign performance data and present insights to clients
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI

The person we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing within an agency environment
• Sound knowledge of SEM and programmatic advertising
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, culturally strong team
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms
