Job Description and Responsibilities

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives. Your daily duties will include:

• Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Conducting market research and analysis, implementing SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic.
• Managing and optimizing digital marketing channels for a strong online presence and engagement, including websites and various social media platforms.
• Collaborating with KOLs for promotional activities and partnership opportunities.
• Implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms (such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Xiaohongshu, Dianping, etc.), and WhatsApp API.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of the curve.

• Experience with WordPress, including blog creation and management.
• Ability to create and edit videos and effectively utilize Instagram Story features.
• Understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency in design software.
