Job Description

Sales / Macau

• Maintain data accuracy and up-to-date customers information in system.
• Check the completeness and correctness of Macau sales invoices.
• Ensure all the future sales orders have a valid Health Certificate, Receiving Gatepass, Purchase Order number.
• Control the preparation of the items to be shipped to Macau (match invoice/PO/Product).
• Forward order details & packing list to Macau third party agent ahead of shipments.
• Follow up communication with third party freight forwarder in Macau until delivery at client’s Receiving department.

Logistics / Cargo declaration

• Create packing lists for cargo clearance.
• Provide import clearance instructions to carriers.
• Liaise with the internal purchasing team to correct any issue on health certificates
• Execute weekly import and export declaration through Tradelink.
• Follow-up cargo pick-up with driver.
• Apply and renew import and export licenses.
• Apply and renew delivery team’s vehicle licenses.
• Conduct procedures for outbound shipments to Macau.
• Maintain schedule of available departures to Macau (sea / road).

ISO / Regulation

• As team leader on ISO & Regulatory compliance, prepare documentation for customer visits or ISO related enquiries.
• Maintain impeccable records and lead yearly ISO license renewal.
• Follow up maintenance in warehouse in timely manner to ensure ISO compliance.
• Keep logistic team informed on progress and points of action.
• Attend FEHD meetings to stay up to date on regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in supply chain management is preferred).
• 1 to 3 years related experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent communication skill (both written and verbal, fluent in English and Cantonese) to effectively negotiate with carriers, suppliers, custom officers.
• Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solution.
• Critical thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to problems.
