Product / Brand Supervisor（产品/品牌主管）

崗位職責: 
1.根據公司戰略發展需要，開拓酒水煙草，香化美妝等類目的全球品牌；
2.負責總代品牌的商務溝通及談判，協調品牌與銷售團隊的專案按計畫實施；
3.具有定向開發垂直類目的品牌專案經驗，擁有豐富的品牌資源積累，精通使用品牌開發工具；
4.深入理解消費品細分市場的發展現狀及行業趨勢，熟悉港澳有稅市場，亞太免稅市場，中國內地市場的發展趨勢，並有效制定相關市場的品牌開發計畫。

任職要求：
1.本科以上學歷，國際貿易，工商管理、市場行銷、品牌/廣告傳播、企業管理等相關專業為佳，8年以上行業經驗，3年以上同崗位經驗，
2.具備較強的商務談判能力，文字表達能力、公關能力、計畫執行能力、組織協調能力，熟悉品牌管理運作流程；
3.有過獨家代理品牌開發成功經驗者優先；
4.有在品牌公司，消費品集團，頭部電商企業，大型貿易公司，任職經驗者優先。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop global brands in categories such as alcoholic beverages, tobacco, and cosmetics in line with the company's strategic development needs.
2. Responsible for commercial communication and negotiations with master distributors, coordinate brand and sales team projects for implementation as planned.
3. Have experience in directed development of vertical category brand projects, possess rich brand resource accumulation, and be proficient in using brand development tools.
4. Deeply understand the development status and industry trends of consumer product sub-markets, be familiar with the development trends of the taxable markets in Hong Kong and Macau, the Asia-Pacific duty-free markets, and the Mainland China market, and effectively formulate brand development plans for related markets.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in international trade, business administration, marketing, brand/advertising communication, or corporate management preferred, with 8+ years of industry experience and 3+ years of similar position experience.
2. Strong business negotiation skills, written and verbal communication skills, public relations skills, project execution skills, and organizational coordination abilities; familiar with brand management operations.
3. Priority will be given to those with successful experience in developing exclusive agency brands.
4. Priority will be given to those with work experience in brand companies, consumer product groups, top e-commerce companies, or large trading companies.
