Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Team leadership : Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Strategic Planning : Develop sales strategies, set sales goals and drive the team to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and interval parties to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for business growth in the lift parts and service sector.
- Tender Procedures : Oversee the tender process, including documentation, submissions, and negotiations for contracts in parts and services.
- Sales Performance Monitoring : Track sales performance, analyze data, and implement corrective measures to optimize sales efficiency.
- Sales Promotion : Organize sales promotional activities such as seminars, presentations, and other events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales,
- Budget Management : Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in sales management, preferably in lift industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- In-depth knowledge of elevator systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
