Assistant Human Resources Officer / Officer

Key Responsibilities

•          Responsible for full spectrum of HR services in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll calculation, performance management, on/off boarding arrangement, etc.
•          Provide secretarial support for committees
•          Required to perform data collection and report compilation
•          Update and maintain the human resources data base and personnel records
•          Any other tasks as assigned by superiors

Skills and Qualifications

•          Degree holder in Human Resources or equivalent
•          1-3 years' or more relevant working experience in HR field
•          Conversant of the HK Employment Ordinance
•          Strong sense of responsibility and urgency, customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
•          Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese / Mandarin
