Project Officer / Assistant Project Officer (Facilities Management)

Duties:

• Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling of various aspects and phases of the renovation work projects for the delivery of the project completion with good quality and within budget
• Assist in carrying out in-house feasibility studies and preliminary planning for the facilities development projects
• Prepare tender document and specification for the renovation work of the Institute
• Coordinate the consultant/contractor and college stakeholders to deliver the projects
• Responsible for site check on the progress and quality of the Projects
• Responsible for proper documentation of the Projects
• Assist in developing for facilities improvement and enhancement
• Any duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Surveying / Engineering / Construction or equivalent, with at least 2 years of solid related experience
• Experience in building renovation projects is advantageous
• Ability to work independently, to follow up on issues proactively and safeguard the Institute’s interests
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as computer skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Officer
