HEICHINROU GROUP聘珍樓集團Heichinrou Group聘珍樓集團 operates Heichinrou聘珍樓(Diamond Hill鑽石山 & Kwun Tong觀塘) and Metropol Restaurant名都酒樓(Admiralty金鐘), with history of over 140 years originating from Yokohama, Japan. We strive to serve customers with high quality, fresh, and safe Cantonese cuisine without using additional MSG and artificial coloring.

Qualifications & experience

  • Tertiary education with minimum of 3 years or more relevant experience.
  • Fluent in Cantoneses and Fair in English. Mandarin will be advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with using MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support – coordination for meetings, travel arrangement, handling filing, correspondence and maintenance of documents.
  • Coordinating with external vendors and service providers for various office needs, such as cleaning services and maintenance etc.
  • Coordinate courier arrangement and deliveries between internal and/or external parties.
  • Office and restaurant leasing, licensing and billboard leasing coordination.
  • Assist in any other office administrative tasks and ad hoc tasks instructed by Managing Director.
