【職責說明】

• 根據品牌年度計畫，協助規劃和提案各事業體不同檔期的線上、線下整合行銷企劃。
• 依照品牌年度計畫，發想和執行門市開幕、週年與各檔期實體活動。
• 維護品牌會員制度，並依照各檔期需求規劃不同的會員活動。
• 協助品牌聯名和異業合作企劃提案，透過不同合作提升品牌知名度。
• 針對新品提案品名、介紹文案以及夥伴話術，並需結合行銷檔期推廣。
• 熟悉且樂於分析社交平台等各項數據，能用數字評估活動效益與成效追蹤。
• 協助其他主管交辦事項。

【任職要求】

• 具 2-3 年行銷企劃相關經驗，且擁有文案撰寫、企劃執行等能力，有舉辦實體活動經驗尤佳。
• 喜歡且認同再睡5分鐘的品牌願景及定位，期待用不同行銷企劃引起粉絲及消費者的共鳴。
• 重視團隊精神，具備跨部門溝通能力。
• 主動積極且細心，樂於面對步調快速、具挑戰性的工作型態。
• 高度關注網路趨勢、餐飲產業，且喜歡觀察不同品牌案例。
• 精通粵語。
• 中等英語能力。

【Responsibilities】

• Assist in planning and proposing integrated marketing campaigns for various business units' online and offline events, in line with the brand's annual plan.
• Develop and execute in-store events, such as store openings, anniversaries, and seasonal activities, according to the brand’s annual plan.
• Maintain the brand’s membership program, planning different member events based on seasonal needs.
• Support proposals for brand collaborations and cross-industry partnerships to enhance brand awareness through diverse collaborations.
• Propose names, descriptions, and luxurious words for new products with integrating promotional periods.
• Analyze data from social media platforms, evaluate and track the performance of events 
  Ad hoc tasks.

【Requirements】

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing planning, with skills in copywriting and project execution; experience in organizing in-person events is a plus.
• Team player and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, attention to detail, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Highly observe trends of the food & beverage industry with interests
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
