Project Manager (PRC Based, 45 minutes from ShenZhen)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering of Electronic, Mechanical, Project Management, Manufacturing or relevant discipline
• 8 years+ relevant experience in project management or product development in electronics manufacturer(s)
• Multi-tasking and able to handle pressure under fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and proclivity to work independently and coordinate with different functional team members
• Familiar with project management tools, e.g. MS project
• Fluent in English & Chinese (including Mandarin)

Responsibility

• Develop project plans, schedule, documentation, progress report, and chair status update meeting with customer
• Responsible for program management including developing, executing and monitoring project plan for new product development from kick off till mass production
• Actively driving and ensuring the proper execution of all project deliverables
• Drive decision making with project stakeholders
• Closely monitor all key milestones and reporting project status for effective stakeholder management
• Communicate with teams among engineer, factory and customer
• Manage cross functional teams to execute the projects are on time, within budget and quality requirement during product development stage, monitor the contingency plan to manage the risk
• Chair weekly project meeting with customer
