Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email
- Handling enquiries and phone calls
- Follow up reservations to ensure that all reservations are in good order
- Familiar with the hotel’s rates, packages and promotions
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Customer service oriented with strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservations Agent
Working location:
Kwai Hing
