Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the e-commerce team to ensure smooth ecommerce operations, Formulate brand and marketing strategies to maximize brand exposure, drive sales and support long-term business growth
- Formulate and execute tactical strategies and trade plans to maximize online traffic, conversion, and sales
- Develop and adapt content to enrich website to engage the local target audience
- Work closely with the team for inventory management and handle regular stock replenishment, to develop and execute website changes to support all business needs
- Track the e-commerce performance and implement strategies to push sales and maximize company’s profit with marketing plan
- Prepare sales analysis and regular reports by generating data in different systems and platforms.
- Provide support to customer service team includes answering customer inquiries.
- Continuously monitor, analyses, and optimize key performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor competitor digital activities and research competitor landscape, benchmarks, and latest market trends
- Assist in the planning, budgeting, and execution of Google PMax, SEM, SEO, GDN, IG, Facebook ads, and re-targeting campaigns.
- Execute day-to-day digital marketing tactics to increase website traffic and conversions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Perform and handle other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated in Digital Marketing, e-Commerce, shopify or related discipline
- Minimum 4-5 years e-commerce sales channel operation experience, preferably from e-commerce platform company or e-commerce specialized sales team (Amazon, Ailbaba & US/UK market)
- With e-commerce and digital marketing experience in beauty brand/ personal care category is preferable
- With updated E-commerce and Digital Marketing tactics
- Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic
- Strong project management, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative, analytical, proactive, adaptable to fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
