Digital Marketing Executive / Content Creator

Company Overview: RADD is a furniture company focuses in both tailor-made and standalone panel furniture. Our parent company is a reputable branded panel furniture manufacturer with over 600 branded stores throughout in Mainland China. Our Hong Kong office/showroom is located in Wong Chuk Hang.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective digital media plans, strategies and multimedia content creation for our brand across different social channels.
• Manage and update social channels, such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, YouTube, 小紅書, etc.
• Responsible for copywriting for social media platforms, company website and marketing materials.
• Independently manage all aspects of photo and video contents, including shooting, graphic design, editing, etc.
• Handle queries from both online and offline customers.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, design) to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as requested.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing/ Advertising/ Business/ Journalism/ Public Relations or relevant fields
• 1 year or more working experience in digital marketing
• Relevant experience in interior design / architecture firms or related industry is an advantage
• Strong writing and proof-reading skills
• Basic Graphic Design skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin preferred.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
