Logistic Supervisor ( Double pay office in Tsuen Wan )

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistic Supervisor to join our dynamic team at KSB in Tsuen Wan District. As a full-time Logistic Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of handling order execution according to company procedure and policies on all project orders.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for all project orders execution including all import & export full set shipping documents, LC documents preparation, Trade link I/E declaration etc.
• Manage forwarders on quality of service performance and price annually.
• As SAP B1 System key users on order processing operation.
• Consulting sales team on any special shipping documents terms during negotiation
• Provide professional advice to Sales team on special goods transportation.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years  working experience in shipping/ logistic including at least 3 years supervising experience on guiding the team on order processing.
• Good experience in using ERP system on daily operation such as SAP B1 will be advantage.
• Good experience on handling LC documents
• Good English and Mandarin ( Write / Oral )
• Good computer skill such as MS office, Excel and Power point
• Able to handle multitasking with internal factories, customers and forwarder on order processing
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Independent & Mature, organized, self-motivated teamwork spirt and cost awareness.
