Intern - Corporate Communications

Kerry Logistics Network is an Asia-based, global 3PL with a highly diversified business portfolio and the strongest coverage in Asia. We offer a broad range of supply chain solutions from integrated logistics, international freight forwarding (air, ocean, road, rail and multimodal), e-commerce and express to industrial project logistics and infrastructure investment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with written communications, including electronic and print communications with staff, contributions to company publications, annual reports, speeches, marketing materials, internal social networking platform, intranet, websites, social media and client/community engagement communications
• Provide support to coordinate with cross functional groups to gather and disseminate relevant information to both internal and external customers (media, industry contacts, employees, shareholders)
• Facilitate execution of public relations programs to create and maintain a favorable public image for the company
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local and regional media representatives
• Handle corporate and ad-hoc projects assigned
  
   

Requirements

• University students in Communications / Translation discipline. Candidates with previous exposure to a PR agency or corporate communications role in listed-co are preferred
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Demonstrate good interpersonal and communications skills with external and internal parties
• Must be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Available to work 2 Days per week
