Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst

The Senior IT Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. This role requires a deep understanding of network architecture, server and database management, cloud services, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, database, networks, and cloud services.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to support business operations and projects.
• Manage vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and products, and vendors performance.
• Manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management.
• Good knowledge of network architecture, server management (e.g. Windows), and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google).
• Experience with Business continuity planning & disaster recovery operation.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience of working  on project delivery, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Power Automate, PowerShell, Python).
• Experience in Google, AWS or other Cloud support including monitoring is a plus.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin languages; both spoken and written.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL, PMP) are an advantage.
