Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries and provide product information
- Follow customer developments and provide advice
- Arrange vendor/customer-visit and build up relationship
- Co-ordinate with internal departments, customers, designer, contractors and developers for details of project work
- Ensuring each stage of production is carried out in a smooth and timely manner from conception to delivery
- Ensuring all necessary certifications are met for each project
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned, i.e. market research, survey, etc.
- On-site and outdoor work on project basis (when needed)
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) work experience, landscape field of products is preferred
- Self-motivated, energetic and results driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English is Preferred
- Basic computer skills (MS Work, MS Outlook, MS Excel etc)
