Site Supervisor / Assistant Project Manager

• To monitor site operation, safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site
• To co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors on site
• To provide creative and technical solutions to our project
• To handle full spectrum of documentations, records, email correspondences among clients and contractors precisely
• Check all the drawings in detail and modify defects accurately
• Report project status to management and related parties
• Check quotations and timeline prepare analyses
• To organize work as per Project Manager's / Senior Project Manager’s instruction
• Strong communication ability with suppliers / contractors on production details and delivery requirement to achieve logistics efficiency

Requirements

• At least 2 years or above solid experience in fitting-out projects and construction work
• Good knowledge and understanding in construction and project management, tendering procedures, material planning and site management
• Candidates with more experience of the above, will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance and have a passion to achieve performance target
• Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English
• Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlooks, Auto CAD is preferred
• Well-organized, hardworking, independent
