Job Description
What you'll be doing?
- Work with business stakeholders proactively to gather, analyze business requirements
- Perform system design and development, BI solution enhancement, and maintenance
- Build data pipelines and dashboards to support different reporting purposes
- Maintain Financial consolidation system and support month-end closing
- Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Evaluate new technology to improve business operations and services, conduct proof of concept test, with or without assistance from services provider
- Manage and communicate project progress with all levels of stakeholders to ensure project deliverables
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in BI system analysis and design
- Hands-on experience in ETL design and BI tools, e.g. QlikView, Power BI
- Knowledge and experience in financial consolidation system is a plus
- Knowledge of various analytic tools such as R, VBA, Python and Tableau is advantageous.
- Experience in database structures and design, performance tuning, SQL programming
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure, able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels
