Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional business and personal matters & support to CEO & Director;
- Handle clerical invoicing and accounting; expense reimbursement
- Handle day-to-day activities including email, calendar, appointments, meetings and phone calls;
- Organize work plans, prioritize tasks and keep up-to-date schedule of appointments;
- Travel arrangements and expenses reimbursement;
- Willing to help with personal/family matters
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines with 2-3 relevant working experiences;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is a plus;
- Company secretary/clerical experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good computer skills – open to using new tools and apps
- Mature, detail-minded, patient and proactive;
- Pleasant, cheerful with positive and logical thinking;
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule;
- Willing to work overtime or on holidays when required;
Working hours: 10:00-19:00 from Monday to Friday.
