Operations Executive

Responsibilities

1. Daily operation management
Responsible for the daily operation of AI robots and unmanned vehicles to ensure the efficient operation of the system.
Monitor operation data, analyze performance indicators, and optimize operation process.

2. Customer Service and Support
Handle customer inquiries and feedback, provide timely technical support and services.
Maintain customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and collect user needs and suggestions.

3. Data analysis and reporting
Collect and analyze operational data, prepare operational reports, and propose improvement measures.
Monitor key performance indicators, evaluate operational effectiveness and optimize strategies.

4. Safety Management
Ensure safety protocols are followed during operation, and conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Formulate and implement contingency plans to handle emergencies and ensure operational safety.

5. Teamwork and training
Work closely with technical team and sales team to ensure effective coordination between operation and technical support.
Responsible for training new employees to familiarize them with operation process and safety norms.

6. Project Support and Optimization
Participate in the implementation of new projects, provide operational suggestions to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Propose optimization of operation process and system to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

Engineering, computer, management and other related majors are preferred.
Knowledge base related to AI technology, robotics or drones.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit with good problem solving skills.
Relevant working experience is preferred.
