Job Description
- Responsible for daily accounting duties of expense claims, accounts receivable and general ledger.
- Maintain petty cash and bank account records
- Handle monthly payroll and MPF administration
- Prepare month end closing report and schedules for review by manager
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- LCCI Level 3 or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Experience in retail industry accounting for SMEs is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Chinese word processing.
- Hands on experience with MYOB is an advantage
- Good command of spoken Cantonese and English
- Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated and willing to learn; and
- Immediate availability is preferred
