Project Director

Responsibilities:
• Oversee project design, including planning, architecture, landscape, and decoration.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial consultation and concept development to final execution and on-site services.
• Ensure the preparation of design proposals, construction drawings, and detailed plans.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored design solutions.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among architects, designers, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of relevant work experience in interior design and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, project management, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
