Located on the 101st floor of ICC, Odyssée is a brand new fine dining destination offering intriguing French cuisine served against the backdrop of the Victoria Harbor view.
We are looking for a motivated Demi Chef

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in kitchen with food production
- Support kitchen operations in general and sometimes in specified area
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene practices, keeping the kitchen cleanliness.
- Responsible for hot and cold dishes
Job Requirements:
- vocational training in cuisine
- minimum 3 years’ experience in western kitchen
- Culinary experience in hotels or western restaurants is preferred
- Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
- Good command of English and Cantonese
