Job Description

We are a Japanese trading company. We are now looking for a a high calibre individual to join one of our sales team as Clerk.

Job Description:

  • Handle data entry, SO/PO /Invoice /Packing list, Import/Export, Shipping document & Coordination work.
  • We teamed up with our EMS partner in doing EMS business, by using our supply source of electrical parts.
  • Sales team mainly handle electronics parts, semi-conductors, components, PCB Assembly, LCD, LED.......etc.
  • Perform general clerical duties.

Requirement :

  • F5 / DSE or above.
  • 1-2 years working exp, with import/export knowledge
  • Good communication skills in both English & Mandarin, verbal & written.
  • Self-motivated, well organized & responsible, team player
  • PC skills of Ms. Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Immediate available is preferable.
