IT Director / Manager

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute digital transformation strategy that aligns with the company's strategic objectives
• Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate with the team leaders to understand their needs and put them into actionable IT solutions
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies; share with employees on regular basis
• Oversee project timelines, track progress, and ensure prompt delivery of project outcomes
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in computer science or related fields
• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with 4-5 years at management level
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing IT projects
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
