Shipping clerk

Coordinate shipping for all orders made by Far East suppliers.

• Keep track of suppliers shipping bookings and arrange “OK to ship” approval from Merchandising team.
• Make sure all shipping documents from Far East suppliers are meeting PO. P GDI requirements export and import (Invoice, packing list, bill of lading etc)
• Keep close contact with supplier’s logistic department and follow up and address issues in connection to shipment of PO. P orders.
• Take pro-active initiative to continuously improving shipping performance for suppliers.

When needed, have training with suppliers and Fepo colleagues concerning updates of PO. P shipping and logistic polices (GDI).

Onboarding new suppliers, hold training for new supplier of PO. P shipping and logistic policies (GDI)

Evaluate shipping performance of each supplier and report to Far East Director and Logistic HQ.

When necessary, prepare required documentation for orders with L/C payments
