Clinic Operation Officer

Peticare Medical Limited was founded in 2013 and its main business goal is to provide high quality animal medical services.  We have three animal clinics throughout Kowloon and Hong Kong Island, each of the hospital provides special services.

We are looking for an ambitious Clinic Operation Officer to join us. 

Job Description:

• Assist in daily clinic operation and administration duties
• Responsible for central procurement activities including sourcing, price and terms negotiation with suppliers for our clinics
• Provide support in project coordination
• Other ad hoc/special assignments or projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines 
• 2 years relevant experience preferably gained in Veterinary or medical industries.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various functions, managing multiple key stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated, has a positive attitude with a can-do mindset and a strong sense of continuous improvement.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
