Job Description
- Provide helpdesk support for hardware and software, computer installation and setup,
- Maintain local office infrastructure, including cabling, access control, surveillance, and audio-visual equipment
- Email setup & support for computer or mobile device, basic printer setup & support
- Update and maintain the inventory of computer equipment and software
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in helpdesk support, with expertise in troubleshooting office equipment and software and MNC work experience is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of computer networks and network device configuration, including desktop, Windows OS, O365, AD, VPN, conference solutions, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
