Job Specifications :

  • Perform daily office duties, including phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing emails.
  • Handle purchase order entry, payment vouchers, goods receipt, and billing.
  • Assist with order processing, shipping arrangements, and local deliveries.
  • Support the sales and service team by providing timely order status updates and responding to inquiries.
  • Handle clerical duties, including price updates, data entry, mailing, scanning, and filing accurately.
  • Execute any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in administration, sales, or customer service.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Windows and MS Office.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, friendly, supportive, and cooperative characteristics are highly preferred.
