Recognition of Practical Experience of 2025 Spring Interns by HKICPA

We are excited to announce that RSM Hong Kong has obtained approval from HKICPA for recognizing the three months of practical experience gained by our 2025 spring interns. As you may know, HKICPA membership requires passing professional exams and having a minimum of three years of working experience with authorized employers. By participating in our 2025 Spring Internship program, you will kickstart your practical experience journey.  Our structured program, combined with a series of training sessions, will equip you with essential skills and insights on your pathway to becoming an HKICPA member.  Successfully completing our spring internship program will grant you this valuable recognition.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of RSM audit approach, methodology and tools.
• Assist on audits in a variety of tasks including controls testing and walkthroughs.
• Perform analytical review of audit documents.
• Review client accounting and operating procedures, as well as systems of internal control.
• Identify accounting and auditing issues; perform research to solve issues that arise.
• Prepare financial statement reports and documentation.
• Carry out administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese – Putonghua & Cantonese (optional).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
