Service Adviser (Automotive)

職責:

• Provide quality customer service for motor after-sales, including cost quotes and advice on vehicle service, repair, and maintenance.
• Liaise with customers, offer promotions, and update them on progress to build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure smooth service centre operations.
• Follow up on repair progress and prepare necessary documents.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by manager

要求:

• F.5 or above
• 2 years’ relevant experience of customer services, automotive industry is preferred
• Self-motivated, aggressive, passionate, customer-oriented and excellent in communication skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge on MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Possessing valid driving license class 1, 2 is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Service Adviser
• Immediate available preferred
