Digital & Event Project Executive/ Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage digital campaign and social media projects
• Create innovative advertising content and campaign for clients
• Work closely with vendors / internal teams to plan, develop, execute and implement social creative and content direction and digital marketing campaign projects
• Study and document client’s requirements and provide suggestions / solutions based on client’s inquiries
• Communicate and solve problem during project period with clients
• Lead the kick-off meeting internally / with client
• Manage project teams to produce campaign websites, app and video
• Performing copywriting, editing and handling advertorial content

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Information system, E-commerce, project management or related discipline;
• 1-2 years solid experience in social media/ project management, preferably in managing advertising and digital projects
• Having digital ads experience (Google Ads, Social ads) will be highly preferred.
• Familiar with AI tool would be an advantage.
• Fluent in written Chinese and English and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills is a must
• Mature, attention to details and ability to work under tight timeline and multi-task independently
• Proficiency in MS office application
• Passionate and familiar with digital
