Administrative assistant
Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Handle daily email register
- Prepare quotation document
- Clerical and organizational tasks
- Reply correspondences or email messages
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirement:
- Diploma/High Diploma in commercial studies or above
- At least one year experience
- Familiar with MS Office
- English and Chinese Word processing
