Key Responsibilities:
- As site onsite support, efficiently provide technical support and troubleshooting to internal IT users on IT services, includes Windows, MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint etc..
- Quick response of VIP requests and provide solution\ update. Maintain good relationship with VIPs.
- Complete the daily operation and maintenance of office computers and surrounding office equipment, includes meeting rooms IT facilities. Can quickly judge and deal with the computer, printer, projector and other office peripheral equipment routine failure;
- Have ownership to take more responsibilities to make sure IT operating well from users’ side. Continuous to improve users satisfaction.
- Cooperate with global team and other beck-end teams to trace escalated issues, track requests, and respond to users as appropriate.
- Extend global infrastructure operation support, like network issue analysis, coordinate global team, suppler to resolve any incident. Support global infrastructure project rollout in local.
- Local passive cabling owner, ensure cabling supplier to fulfill cabling request as Siemens Energy guideline.
- With technology development trends, have interest in the latest developments in technology.
- Train internal IT users on using IT services /tools.
- As IT signal contact to upgrade issue with relevant responsible teams.
- Local IT demand and vendor coordination
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing in an international environment,
- International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a plus
- Experience in international working environment is a plus
- Having worked in a different country is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree and above. Master is a plus
- Major in Information Management. Good command of English speaking
- German is a plus
