Assistant Marketing Manager (Brand: Tuscan’s)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement all marketing plans in relation to advertising promotions, in-store events, public relations, social media campaigns, and CRM.
• Manage and maintain social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.). Create engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and target audience. Plan and execute social media content strategies to build brand awareness, enhance engagement, and acquire new followers.
• Prepare PR and marketing materials and content creation, including press material write-up, social media copywriting, content editing, and proofreading for media pitching to optimize media exposure and post performance.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with media, influencers, and artist management. Initiate and manage collaborations with influencers on social media campaigns cost efficiently.
• Assist in collaboration with landlords and business partners to deliver marketing collateral in support of brand initiatives.
• Develop partnership relationships and identify joint promotion opportunities.
• Coordinate with vendors for developing quality premium development and production under a tight timeline.
• Work closely with internal & external parties for a smooth rollout of marketing programs.
• Prepare proposals and compile reports for regular submission and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• University graduate in marketing or communications.
• More than 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion retail.
• Solid hands-on experience in media pitching, social media management, and content development.
• Working at a social media/PR agency in the past would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive, and able to develop strong relationships with partners, key media, and agencies.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
