Part-time Student Intern (Talent Development)

The HKAGE would like to offer practical work experience to full-time undergraduate students for the period from April to August 2025 in the following job scopes related to gifted education. 

Scope of work  

• Assist in programme implementation such as preparing programme information, flyers, administrative and on-site support and arrangement
• Participate in programme development and lesson observations
• Assist in facilitating student activities and organising events where appropriate
• Assist in media production, communication, diverse forms of recording, publicity, and publication
• Assist in coaching and serving as role models to HKAGE student members and facilitate project-based learning through advice and diverse forms of facilitation; 
• Assist in checking, sorting & filing of programme documents
• Assist in data entry and handle enquiries

Requirement 

• Undergraduate students of disciplines such as Education, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), Social Science, Business or equivalent
• Enjoy working with students of different characters, learning styles and needs
• Demonstrate positive attitude and responsible behaviours
• Be self-motivated and interested in collaborating with different people
• Experience in organising activities and events
• Be proficient in using a variety of ICT packages (e.g. MS Office, MS Excell, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc)
• Knowledge and skills in graphic design and video editing is an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and ideally Mandarin).

Successful candidates are expected to attend to the intern service no more than 2 full days (17 hours) per week. (Exact work schedule is flexible and to be mutually agreed)
