About Us:
The Hong Kong Arts and Cultural Education Association is committed to promoting the holistic development of students with the aim of preserving Chinese culture. We are actively expanding exchange programs between Mainland China and Hong Kong, encouraging schools and students from both regions to understand each other. This fosters cultural and artistic exchanges among students of different age groups, in response to the Hong Kong SAR government's mission to emphasize youth development and cultural heritage.

Office Hours: 10:00 - 19:00
Responsibilities:
1. Edit and promote projects/articles both online and offline.
2. Conduct interviews and write scripts.
3. Collect, organize, and publish market information.
4. Collaborate with the team to create and present concepts for print media, social platforms, and online channels.
5. Utilize photo and video editing software and manage social media/online channels.
6. Communicate with clients regarding project/event/campaign expectations and goals.
7. Manage deadlines and ensure timely project delivery.
8. Oversee project delivery, making necessary adjustments to meet specifications and high standards.
9. Collect and analyze feedback from clients and project users to measure satisfaction and success.
10. Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
3. High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese, Putonghua, and English.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
