Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  1. Daily Operations Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listing, price adjustments, promotion planning, order processing, and customer service to ensure smooth platform functionality and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Data Analytics: Utilize advanced data analytics to monitor the performance of the e-commerce platform, provide actionable insights, and implement improvement measures based on data-driven findings to enhance traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales.
  3. Customer Service Excellence: Lead initiatives to improve customer service processes, ensuring timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, thereby maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Direct Customer Interaction: Be comfortable in engaging directly with customers to resolve issues and provide support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  5. Assisting Physical Store Sales: Assist in physical store sales as needed, collaborating with in-store staff to ensure a seamless customer experience both online and offline.
  6. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively, ensuring a competitive edge in the e-commerce market.

Requirements

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in e-commerce, marketing, data analytics, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations and management, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platform processes and rules.
  3. Data Analytics Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and develop effective strategies based on data insights.
  4. Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in managing customer service operations, with a focus on improving customer experience and satisfaction. Comfortable with direct customer interactions.
  5. Physical Store Experience: Willingness to assist in physical store sales operations when required.
