Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support in all HR functions, including recruitment, staff engagement and training
- Manage HR database and maintain an accurate HRIS regarding talent tardiness, absenteeism, vacation, sick leave, no pay leave, compassionate leave, and maternity leave.
- Handling employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, retention, development and off boarding.
- Support and participate in staff events / training / reports / other ad-hoc projects assigned by HR Team
- Ensure the information posted on staff notice boards are up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources management or related disciplines
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in Human Resources aspect
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Positive learning attitude and respect team spirit
