Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager / Senior M&C Officer

The Job

• Assist in planning, formulating, and executing comprehensive marketing and communication initiatives to promote growing our business and brands in the market.
• Widen company brands exposures to our potential clients via various platforms including but not limited to social media, trade events, offline promotion activities or events.
• Prepare press releases, speeches, storytelling, newsletters, E-News and promotional write-ups etc.
• Liaise with business partners / dealers for joint promotional events and activities.
• Administer all internal and external logistics coordination for all marketing events and activities.
• Undertake any other duties and ad hoc projects as needed.

The Requirements

• Degree Holder with Major in Journalism, Translation, English, Language & Communication or equivalent.
• Around 5 year’s relevant work experience in journalism or public relations or marketing, including solid social media and digital marketing experience.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English & Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin.
• Competent with proven experience for initiating engaging marketing initiatives.
• Presentable with good communication skills
• Outgoing with flexibility, innovative and strong market sense.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager
