- Office assistant experience with brief administrative exposure
Responsibilities
- Handle outdoor tasks i.e. document delivery, banking transactions
- Assist in office administrative tasks i.e. order and replenish office supplies, handle courier tasks, follow up monthly phone bills, maintain office equipment
- Provide support in document scanning, filing and data input
Job Requirements
- Self-starter, detail minded and flexible
- Willing to learn
- Basic usage of Word, Excel, Outlook and online shopping platform
- Must be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese and able to read and write simple English
One-year contract will be offered and is subject to renewal upon mutual agreement.
