Exhibition Project Executive / Senior Project Executive

What awaits you …

• Assist and support Project Team with all aspects from planning to execution of exhibition booth and space production
• Coordinate and manage logistic arrangement by working collectively with internal teams and external parties and keep track of the progress ensuring good quality of work is delivered
• Handle exhibitor orders and enquiries and provide accurate information and solutions to technical issues under the guidance from seniors
• Liaise and communicate with external partners, vendors or sub-contractors on pricing and production related matters

• Conduct research and content data mining into database as required

What you should bring with you …

• 1 year relevant experience in Events & Exhibitions industry or Fresh Graduate majoring in Events & Exhibitions Management
• Energetic, proactive, passionate and detail-minded
• Self-motivated and be able to work under high pressure
• Outgoing, friendly with strong team spirit altitude
• Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as problem-solving abilities
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to work overtime and or weekends and public holidays
• Fresh graduates are welcome
