Job Responsibilities:
- Handle vehicle warranty claims and other issues
- Follow up vehicle type approval work
- Assist in formulating and implementing Aftersales department projects
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Prefer to have relevant knowledge or experience in the automotive trade
- Keen to develop a long-term career in the automotive industry
- A valid driving license
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
