Job Descriptions:
Assist in business matters and follow up closely on daily schedule
Manage meeting schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate communication and maintain a smooth work-flow
Provide general administrative support to the department
Assist in assigned projects as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 1 years of experience in an executive assistant
Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese
Detail-oriented, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks
Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel,
Proficient use of Pivot Excel is an advantage
