Senior Leasing Manager (Commercial & Retail)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in all leasing matters of Hong Kong retail and commercial projects
• Formulate and implement trade mix plan, conduct marketing research, rental forecast and budget preparation in all retail or development projects
• Manage, maintain and develop key tenants and agencies relationship for the property portfolio
• Co-ordinate with property management to deliver excellent customer and tenancy services
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Real Estate/ Business/ Marketing  related discipline
• Minimum 10 years relevant leasing experience; particularly in shopping mall, retail podiums and shops are highly preferred
• Strong business insight with good understanding of retail markets in HK
• Candidate who has less experience will also be considered as Leasing Manager
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong’s leasing practice, tenancy law, related ordinances & regulations
• Good team player, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability
• Able to work with property management and Finance & Accounts team
• Knowledge in PC applications particularly on Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese typing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
