PR Associate/PR Manager (IANG Welcome)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional financial public relations plans for clients and develop marketing plans based on their business goals
• Provide media response measures for clients to increase media exposure and enhance brand image
• Perform audience analysis for clients and provide the most optimized media solutions
• Use industry knowledge, market trends and case studies to write attractive presentations to clearly convey the value proposition of media to clients
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to complete projects
• Analyze the effectiveness statistics of promotional activities for clients and recommend the most optimized media solutions
• Establish sustainable business relationships with clients for future cooperation

Requirements

• Have a bachelor's degree or course in journalism, communication, finance, business or related disciplines,
• Have 1 year or more of work experience, 1 year or more of team management experience
• Familiarity with Hong Kong trade and business news is preferred
• Interested in public relations, media, sales and finance industries
• Able to speak and write good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate, with rich team management experience;
• Have good work planning ability, planning and execution;
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, spontaneity and a result-oriented personality
• Ability to complete work on time under high pressure environment

• 為客戶提供專業財經公關計劃，並根據客戶的商業目標制定營銷方案
• 為客戶提供媒體應對措施以增加媒體曝光率及提升品牌形象
• 為客戶進行受眾分析以及提供最優化的媒體解決方案
• 利用行業知識，市場趨勢和案例研究來撰寫有吸引力的演示文稿，以清晰地對客戶傳達媒體的價值主張
• 與內外部客戶進行有效溝通以完成項目
• 為客戶分析宣傳活動的成效統計數據，並推薦最優化的媒體解決方案
• 為將來的合作與客戶建立可持續的業務關係

要求

• 具有新聞學，傳播學，金融，商科或相關學科學士學位或課程，
• 具有1年或以上的工作經驗，1年以上團隊管理經驗
• 熟悉香港貿易及商業新聞為佳
• 對投身公共關係，傳媒，銷售和金融行業感興趣
• 能操和寫良好的英語，廣東話和普通話
• 優秀的溝通能力和人際關係技巧
• 具有獨立工作能加統籌能力，有較為豐富的團隊管理經驗
• 具有良好的工作策劃能力、計劃性和執行力；
• 具備強烈責任感，自發性及注重成果的性格
• 能夠在高壓環境下按時完成工作
• 較多經驗的應聘者將考慮為經理
