Job Description

職責

  • 為飛機加油部門提供文書處理,包括燃料分配
  • 管理員工出勤和年假記錄,向上級報告任何異常情況
  • 每日更新加油數據庫系統
  • 根據燃油供應及航空公司指示安排每月燃油分配
  • 維護最新的車輛和加油設備維護記錄和備用零件庫存及協調備用零件採購
  • 協調車輛和加油設備許可證檢驗、檢查及測試
  • 協調化學廢棄物收集
  • 協助報關
  • 參與各類審核活動
  • 執行上級分配的其他職責

 人職要求

  • DSE / 中五或以上程度學歷
  • 最少1年文職工作經驗, 有機場行業相關經驗者將優先考慮.
  • 良好的電腦技能 (Microsoft office)
  • 良好的中英文口語和書寫能力
  • 能夠在壓力下工作
  • 良好的溝通和解決問題的能力
  • 可即時上班優先

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support for the Fueling Operations including fuel allotment
  • Monitor staff duty attendance and annual leave records, report any unusual cases to the superior.
  • Maintain the fueling database system for daily uplifts.
  • To arrange the monthly fuel allotment according to the fuel supply and airline’s instruction
  • Maintain an up-to-date vehicle and fueling equipment maintenance record and spare parts inventory and coordinate the spare parts purchasing
  • Coordinate the vehicle and fueling equipment license inspection, check and test
  • Coordinate the chemical waste collection
  • Assist to carry out a customs declaration
  • Participate in various audit activities
  • Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

 Requirements

  • Secondary 5 or DSE graduate or above
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in performing clerical duty, relevant experience in the Aviation industry will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with MS office
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
